- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix honey, chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Heat a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the honey chili mixture over the chicken and stir. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and glazes the chicken. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Serve over rice, noodles, or a salad. Add lime juice and sesame seeds for extra flair. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.
