- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined and creamy.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it. Flatten each biscuit into a disk, place cheese mixture in the center, fold, and seal tightly.
- Place sealed bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray the tops. Cook for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or a spicy dipping sauce. Best enjoyed warm.
