Description

Quick, cheesy snack bombs with a crisp exterior and melty cheese filling, perfect for appetizers or weeknight treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined and creamy.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it. Flatten each biscuit into a disk, place cheese mixture in the center, fold, and seal tightly.
  4. Place sealed bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray the tops. Cook for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or a spicy dipping sauce. Best enjoyed warm.
