- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Grease the donut pan and fill the cavities about 3/4 full with batter.
- Place the donut pan in the air fryer basket and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the donuts to cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
Notes
Serve warm or allow to cool completely. Can be dusted with powdered sugar or drizzled with icing.
