Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  2. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well-coated.
  3. Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
