- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well-coated.
- Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
