Description

Delicious and healthy Air Fryer Chicken Tenders that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfect for a quick dinner or family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
  4. In the third bowl, have the breadcrumbs ready for coating.
  5. Dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then the egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket and arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
