Description

A crunchy, sweet snack made with puffcorn coated in almond bark and mixed with chopped almonds.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag puffcorn
  • 2 cups almond bark
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles or mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, pour the puffcorn.
  3. Melt the almond bark according to package instructions and pour it over the puffcorn, gently mixing to coat evenly.
  4. If using, sprinkle in the chocolate chips, chopped almonds, and any additional toppings like sprinkles or mini marshmallows. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Allow it to cool completely until the almond bark hardens, then break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–4 days. Avoid refrigerating long-term as moisture can make puffcorn chewy.
