Description

Delightful Italian appetizer combining salami, provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, olives, and fresh basil, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Salami slices
  • Provolone cheese slices
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Olives
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Lay a slice of salami on a flat surface.
  2. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of the salami.
  3. Add a roasted red pepper and an olive on top.
  4. Add a basil leaf for flavor.
  5. Roll up the salami and cheese around the fillings and secure with a toothpick.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
  7. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and serve as an appetizer.
