A cozy treat combining spiced apple cider and creamy vanilla ice cream, perfect for chilly nights and fall gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Caramel sauce (optional)
  • Apple slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, pour 2 cups of apple cider and place it over medium heat. Warm the cider gently while stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon into the warmed cider, let it simmer for a minute, then remove from heat to cool slightly.
  3. Scoop the vanilla ice cream into two serving glasses (about 1/2 cup each) and carefully pour the warm apple cider over it.
  4. Top each float with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel if desired, and garnish with apple slices. Serve immediately.
