Description

A delightful blend of warm apple and cinnamon flavors with a creamy, slightly crunchy texture, perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • Nuts and seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. Measure the almond milk and chia seeds. Peel and dice the apple into small, even pieces. Have the maple syrup and cinnamon ready.
  2. In a bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds to prevent clumps.
  3. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to thicken, stirring once after 5 minutes.
  4. Fold in the diced apple. Spoon the pudding into glasses or jars. Top each serving with granola and your choice of nuts and seeds. Serve chilled.

Notes

For a creamier texture, refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
