Description
Warm and gooey cinnamon rolls meet tender spiced apples in this easy, homey dessert, perfect for fall gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cans of cinnamon roll dough
- 2–3 cups of diced apples
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup of raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup of vanilla icing (from the cinnamon roll dough)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Open the cans of cinnamon roll dough and cut each roll into quarters.
- Toss the diced apples with the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and optional walnuts or raisins.
- Arrange half of the cinnamon roll pieces in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the apple mixture over the dough layer, then top with the remaining cinnamon roll pieces.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes, and drizzle with vanilla icing.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a caramel apple twist, drizzle with warmed caramel sauce and omit the raisins.
