Ingredients
- Naan bread
- Olive oil
- Pumpkin puree
- Mozzarella cheese
- Goat cheese
- Fresh rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- Red onion
- Optional toppings: walnuts, arugula
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Brush naan bread with olive oil on one side.
- Spread a layer of pumpkin puree evenly on each naan.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and crumbled goat cheese over the pumpkin puree.
- Slice red onion thinly and distribute evenly over the cheeses.
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and naan edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and add optional toppings if desired.
- Slice and serve warm.
