Description

Cozy and delicious naan pizzas topped with pumpkin puree, cheese, and fresh rosemary. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or gathering!


Ingredients

  • Naan bread
  • Olive oil
  • Pumpkin puree
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Goat cheese
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red onion
  • Optional toppings: walnuts, arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Brush naan bread with olive oil on one side.
  3. Spread a layer of pumpkin puree evenly on each naan.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and crumbled goat cheese over the pumpkin puree.
  5. Slice red onion thinly and distribute evenly over the cheeses.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and naan edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and add optional toppings if desired.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with toppings and consider adding red pepper flakes for heat.
