  • Red pepper flakes
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toast the bread slices until lightly golden.
  3. Mash the avocados and mix with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado onto the toasted bread slices.
  5. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl.
