Description

Tender baby back ribs with smoky flavors, complemented by a rich, sweet barbecue sauce. Perfect for gatherings and family meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Rub the olive oil over the ribs and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  5. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  6. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  7. Unwrap the ribs and brush barbecue sauce on both sides.
  8. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 5-10 minutes, turning once.
  9. Slice the ribs between the bones and serve with remaining barbecue sauce on the side.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper or chili powder to your seasoning mix. Experiment with different barbecue sauces for various flavors.
