- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Rub the olive oil over the ribs and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Unwrap the ribs and brush barbecue sauce on both sides.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 5-10 minutes, turning once.
- Slice the ribs between the bones and serve with remaining barbecue sauce on the side.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper or chili powder to your seasoning mix. Experiment with different barbecue sauces for various flavors.
