- 1 pizza dough
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup sweet corn, kernels
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions for your pizza dough.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and transfer it onto a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the rolled-out dough lightly with olive oil. Evenly distribute the chopped bacon over the dough. Scatter the goat cheese, sliced tomatoes, and corn kernels on top. Sprinkle mozzarella over the pizza and add salt and pepper.
- Bake the pizza according to dough instructions or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool for a minute, garnish with fresh basil, then slice and serve.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños before baking; for vegetarian, swap bacon for sautéed mushrooms.
