Description

Delightful treats bursting with juicy blueberries and a hint of cinnamon, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin and dusting with powdered sugar.
