- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme) for garnish
- Crackers or sliced fruits for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Place the Brie cheese in the center of the puff pastry, drizzle honey on top, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Carefully fold the pastry around the Brie and seal tightly. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and flaky. Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve with crackers or sliced fruits.
