Description

Crispy and savory baked potato wedges coated with garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect as a side or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  2. Toss the potato wedges in a large bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and return to bake for 5 minutes until melted. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra crunch, broil the wedges for the last minute of cooking.
