- 4 large russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- Toss the potato wedges in a large bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and return to bake for 5 minutes until melted. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra crunch, broil the wedges for the last minute of cooking.
