Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt (or sour cream) with the ranch dressing mix to create a creamy marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the marinade.
  4. Place the marinated chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
