Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh arugula for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Brush the crust with olive oil, then spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust.
  4. Arrange the sliced pears on top, followed by the crumbled goat cheese and chopped walnuts.
  5. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the pizza and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
