Description

A culinary delight merging balsamic vinegar with tender pork, creating a savory and slightly sweet dish that’s perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish. Pour the balsamic mixture over the tenderloin and ensure it is well-coated. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  4. Remove the pork from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing, and serve garnished with fresh herbs.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, consider reducing the balsamic mixture after cooking. Ensure the pork is at room temperature for even cooking.
