- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas with a fork in a mixing bowl until smooth, then stir in the melted butter.
- Mix in the baking soda and a pinch of salt.
- Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Fold in the flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
