Description

A simple and delicious banana bread recipe that transforms ripe bananas into a comforting treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork in a mixing bowl until smooth, then stir in the melted butter.
  3. Mix in the baking soda and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Fold in the flour until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
