- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish well.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the all-purpose flour, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and layer the sliced bananas over the top. Drizzle melted butter over everything.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For the best flavor, use very ripe bananas. Optional: serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
