  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish well.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the all-purpose flour, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and layer the sliced bananas over the top. Drizzle melted butter over everything.
  5. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving.
