Description

A fun, gooey twist on banana splits and s’mores, with layers of bananas, chocolate, and marshmallows topped with graham crumbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Whipped cream (for serving)
  • Cherries (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish. Slice the bananas into 1/4-inch rounds and set aside.
  2. Place the banana slices evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the bananas, then scatter the mini marshmallows on top.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and chopped nuts (if using). Mix until the crumbs hold together slightly.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the graham crumb mixture over the marshmallows and chocolate. Bake for about 10–15 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and golden.
  5. Let the dip cool for 3–5 minutes. Top with whipped cream and cherries if desired. Serve warm with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping.

Notes

Best served warm. For a nut-free version, omit nuts and add toasted coconut or extra graham crumbs.
