Description
A fun, gooey twist on banana splits and s’mores, with layers of bananas, chocolate, and marshmallows topped with graham crumbs.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Whipped cream (for serving)
- Cherries (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish. Slice the bananas into 1/4-inch rounds and set aside.
- Place the banana slices evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the bananas, then scatter the mini marshmallows on top.
- In a separate bowl, stir the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and chopped nuts (if using). Mix until the crumbs hold together slightly.
- Evenly sprinkle the graham crumb mixture over the marshmallows and chocolate. Bake for about 10–15 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and golden.
- Let the dip cool for 3–5 minutes. Top with whipped cream and cherries if desired. Serve warm with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping.
Notes
Best served warm. For a nut-free version, omit nuts and add toasted coconut or extra graham crumbs.
