- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Coat each chicken breast in the sauce mixture, then roll in Panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Substitute mayo with Greek yogurt for a lighter option. Adjust Sriracha to control heat level.
