Description

A deliciously easy dish combining tender chicken with a tangy and spicy sauce, topped with a crispy Panko crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in the sauce mixture, then roll in Panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Substitute mayo with Greek yogurt for a lighter option. Adjust Sriracha to control heat level.
