Description

Deliciously crispy, flavorful salmon bites perfect for any occasion, served with a zesty dipping sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another dish, place flour, and in a third dish, put the beaten eggs.
  2. Dip each piece of salmon first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the panko mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the salmon bites for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create a dipping sauce. Serve the salmon bites hot with the dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

For added crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying. Adjust the spice levels in the dipping sauce based on preference.
