Description

Quick, smoky, and sticky-sweet bite-sized sausage pieces roasted in barbecue sauce, perfect for appetizers or game-day snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil or lightly grease it.
  2. Cut the sausage links into bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch thick) and place in the baking dish in a single layer. Pour the barbecue sauce over and toss to coat.
  3. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sausage is cooked through and sauce is thickened and caramelized at the edges.
  4. Let rest for 2–3 minutes, transfer to a serving platter, and stick a toothpick in each piece. Serve hot.
