- Tortilla chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season it with salt, pepper, and any additional spices like cumin or chili powder.
- On a baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips. Spoon over refried beans, followed by the cooked ground beef, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Add jalapeños if desired.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once out of the oven, add sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
