Description

Delicious beef nachos loaded with crispy tortilla chips, savory ground beef, and melted cheese, topped with your favorite fixings.


Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Ground beef
  • Shredded cheese
  • Refried beans
  • Jalapeños
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season it with salt, pepper, and any additional spices like cumin or chili powder.
  3. On a baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips. Spoon over refried beans, followed by the cooked ground beef, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Add jalapeños if desired.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Once out of the oven, add sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
