  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (drained)
  • ½ cup black olives (sliced)

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup pepperoni (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the diced tomatoes, black olives, bell pepper, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese in the prepared dish.
