- 1 cup diced tomatoes (drained)

- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup pepperoni (sliced)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the diced tomatoes, black olives, bell pepper, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese in the prepared dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
