Description

Rich, juicy steak paired with perfectly cooked eggs for a hearty breakfast or brunch dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and allow them to rest for a few minutes.
  5. In the same skillet, add butter and crack the eggs into the skillet to cook to your liking.
  6. Serve the steaks alongside the eggs, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For the best results, allow the steaks to come to room temperature before cooking and let them rest after cooking for juiciness.
