- 2 medium zucchinis, diced

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the diced zucchini and bell pepper, cooking until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
