Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the diced zucchini and bell pepper, cooking until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
