Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tomatoes in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until caramelized and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
