Description

A fun and portable twist on the iconic Big Mac flavors, combining savory beef, tangy sauce, crisp lettuce, and melted cheese wrapped in a tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Big Mac seasoning or seasoning mix
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons special sauce (mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish blend)
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add Big Mac seasoning and stir.
  2. Lay the tortilla flat and layer seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, special sauce, lettuce, pickles, and onions in the center.
  3. Fold the tortilla edges over the filling to create a sealed wrap.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the wrap seam-side down until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove the wrap, slice in half, and serve warm.
