- 1 large tortilla
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Big Mac seasoning or seasoning mix
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons special sauce (mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish blend)
- 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add Big Mac seasoning and stir.
- Lay the tortilla flat and layer seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, special sauce, lettuce, pickles, and onions in the center.
- Fold the tortilla edges over the filling to create a sealed wrap.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the wrap seam-side down until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the wrap, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with fries or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
