- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the Biscoff spread, sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir constantly.
- Continue stirring on low heat until the mixture is smooth and glossy, about 8–10 minutes—do not boil.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, smooth the top with a spatula, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set. Cut into squares once firm.
Notes
For a festive touch, dust with crushed Biscoff cookies or drizzle with dark chocolate before serving.
