  • 2 cups peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the blackberries, sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Mix gently until evenly coated and pour into a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Stir until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit layer and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  5. Let it cool slightly before serving for easier scooping.
