Description

A delightful mix of sweet blueberries, creamy brie, and jalapeño heat in a bite-sized snack perfect for parties or game day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 fresh jalapeños
  • 4 ounces brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Bacon bits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Wash the jalapeños, slice each one in half lengthwise, and carefully remove the seeds and membranes. Place them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  2. In a medium bowl, cut the rind off the brie if preferred. Combine brie, blueberries, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mash until evenly mixed but retain some blueberry chunks.
  3. Stuff each jalapeño half with the brie mixture, pressing lightly. If using, sprinkle bacon bits on top. Bake for 15–20 minutes until jalapeños are tender and cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool for 3–5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Serve with crackers or arugula salad. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
