Description
A delightful mix of sweet blueberries, creamy brie, and jalapeño heat in a bite-sized snack perfect for parties or game day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 fresh jalapeños
- 4 ounces brie cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Bacon bits (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Wash the jalapeños, slice each one in half lengthwise, and carefully remove the seeds and membranes. Place them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- In a medium bowl, cut the rind off the brie if preferred. Combine brie, blueberries, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mash until evenly mixed but retain some blueberry chunks.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the brie mixture, pressing lightly. If using, sprinkle bacon bits on top. Bake for 15–20 minutes until jalapeños are tender and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 3–5 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Serve with crackers or arugula salad. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
