- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Gather ingredients and line or grease an 8×8 inch pan. Rinse and pat dry the blueberries.
- Over low heat in a saucepan, melt the butter and then add the white chocolate chips along with the sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth.
- Remove the pan from heat, then stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
