Instructions
- In a bowl or a jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries, ensuring they are distributed evenly throughout the mixture.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the milk and flavors.
- In the morning, give it a good stir. Add more blueberries or a drizzle of maple syrup if desired before serving. Enjoy!
