Description

A delightful breakfast option that combines the sweet and tart flavors of fresh blueberries with creamy yogurt and oats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or a jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the blueberries, ensuring they are distributed evenly throughout the mixture.
  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the milk and flavors.
  4. In the morning, give it a good stir. Add more blueberries or a drizzle of maple syrup if desired before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can warm them slightly in the microwave if you prefer.
