Description

A delicious and nutritious blueberry smoothie that is quick to make and perfect for breakfast or a refreshing snack, loaded with antioxidants and flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup yogurt or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, yogurt or almond milk, and honey (if using).
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until cold and frothy.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with additional blueberries if desired.

Notes

Smoothies taste best when made fresh. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
