Description

These Blueberry Yogurt Clusters are a refreshing frozen snack made with creamy yogurt and fresh blueberries, perfect for warm days or as a light dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granola or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. If using thin yogurt, strain it for 10–15 minutes to thicken.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart. If adding granola or nuts, sprinkle on top.
  4. Freeze clusters for at least 2–3 hours until solid. Transfer to an airtight container or freezer bag for storage.

Notes

For a chocolate version, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top after freezing. You can make these clusters ahead for parties and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
