Description
These Blueberry Yogurt Clusters are a refreshing frozen snack made with creamy yogurt and fresh blueberries, perfect for warm days or as a light dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granola or nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Gather ingredients and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. If using thin yogurt, strain it for 10–15 minutes to thicken.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart. If adding granola or nuts, sprinkle on top.
- Freeze clusters for at least 2–3 hours until solid. Transfer to an airtight container or freezer bag for storage.
Notes
For a chocolate version, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top after freezing. You can make these clusters ahead for parties and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
