A bright and quick blueberry yogurt smoothie that is fresh, creamy, and slightly tangy, packed with antioxidants from blueberries and protein from yogurt.

- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 banana (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the blueberries, yogurt, milk, and honey. If using frozen blueberries, no thawing is necessary.
- If using, add the banana and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, starting on low speed and increasing to high for 30–60 seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
