Description

A bright and quick blueberry yogurt smoothie that is fresh, creamy, and slightly tangy, packed with antioxidants from blueberries and protein from yogurt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 banana (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the blueberries, yogurt, milk, and honey. If using frozen blueberries, no thawing is necessary.
  2. If using, add the banana and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, starting on low speed and increasing to high for 30–60 seconds.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
