Description

A spicy Buffalo chicken pizza topped with gooey mozzarella and tangy blue cheese, finished with ranch dressing and green onions.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with the Buffalo sauce and stir until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the Buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small rim for the crust. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and crumbled blue cheese on top. Slide the pizza into the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  4. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest for 2 minutes. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the top in a zigzag pattern and scatter the chopped green onions across the pizza. Slice and serve while warm.

Notes

For a lighter meal, serve with a green salad dressed with lemon vinaigrette. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
