Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the butter and cut it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the milk and honey until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead a few times.
- Roll out to about 1/2 inch thick and cut into rounds.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with butter, jam, or honey.
