- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and cut it into triangles.
- Place a breakfast sausage on the wide end of each triangle and roll it up towards the point.
- Arrange the rolled sausages on a baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Brush with egg wash if desired.
