Description

Delightful breakfast tacos featuring fluffy scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, and fresh veggies wrapped in warm tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 8 small tortillas
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs until they are soft and creamy.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable and slightly toasted.
  4. Assemble each taco by placing scrambled eggs on each tortilla and topping with sausage, cheese, tomatoes, and onions. Add hot sauce if desired.
  5. Fold the tortillas over the filling and serve warm.
