Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, broccoli, cooked ground beef, diced ham, 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading it to an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese over the top, adding breadcrumbs if desired.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
