- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, broccoli, cooked ground beef, diced ham, 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading it to an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese over the top, adding breadcrumbs if desired.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
