Description

A fluffy and nutritious frittata featuring broccoli and rich cheddar cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet with the onions. Cook until the broccoli becomes tender, around 5 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir the sautéed broccoli and onions into the egg mixture, followed by the cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
