- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet with the onions. Cook until the broccoli becomes tender, around 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir the sautéed broccoli and onions into the egg mixture, followed by the cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
