An easy, comforting casserole combining tender broccoli, salty diced ham, creamy mushroom soup, and melty cheddar over soft rice.

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, diced ham, broccoli florets, half of the cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and salt and pepper until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use day-old rice for the best texture. Can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking.
