Instructions

  1. Begin by heating the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and fresh ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in the roasted cashews and drizzle in the soy sauce, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Notes
