- 1 fully cooked ham (about 8–10 lbs)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the fully cooked ham in a roasting pan with the flat side facing down.
- Mix together the brown sugar, honey, orange juice, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, ground cloves, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Brush the glaze generously over the ham, cover loosely with foil, and place in the preheated oven.
- Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize.
- Let the ham rest for about 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, let the glaze sit for about 30 minutes before using it to allow the spices to bloom.
