Healthy and crispy buffalo cauliflower wings, perfect for gatherings and game days.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter until fully coated, shaking off excess before placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Toss baked cauliflower with the buffalo sauce mixed with olive oil or melted butter.
  6. Return sauced cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the batter. Customize the heat level with cayenne pepper if desired.
