- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter until fully coated, shaking off excess before placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Toss baked cauliflower with the buffalo sauce mixed with olive oil or melted butter.
- Return sauced cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispiness, add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the batter. Customize the heat level with cayenne pepper if desired.
